By using thechristclub.com, by using the Christ Club app, or by purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
1. What we sell
The Christ Club sells digital products only. These include downloadable PDF materials such as a guided seven-day devotional, prayers, Scripture reflections, journaling prompts and printable tools, together with access to the Christ Club web app. Nothing physical is produced or shipped.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD). Payment is handled by our third-party checkout and payment provider, so your purchase is also subject to that provider terms. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where the law requires it.
3. Delivery
Delivery is automatic and immediate. As soon as payment is confirmed, your download links are shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you used at checkout. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact support@thechristclub.com and we will send your files again.
4. Your license
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may download it, keep it, and print it for your own personal or family devotional use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share the files publicly or privately, upload it to file-sharing services or to services that train artificial intelligence models, include it in another product, or present the material as your own work.
5. Intellectual property
All text, design, layout, illustrations, names and marks used by The Christ Club remain our property or the property of our licensors. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership.
6. The app
The Christ Club app is provided on an as-is basis. It works without an account, and your journal entries and progress are stored locally in your own browser. Because that data never reaches our servers, we cannot restore it, and we are not responsible for the loss of locally stored content caused by clearing your browser, changing device, or using private browsing. Offline availability depends on your browser and device.
7. Scripture and devotional content
Our materials reference Scripture and offer reflections and prayers written by us. They are meant to be used alongside your own Bible and, where appropriate, the guidance of your own church or pastor.
8. No professional advice
Our products are devotional and educational. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice, they do not diagnose or treat any condition, and they do not promise any particular spiritual, emotional, financial or physical outcome. If you are struggling with your health or your safety, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the app, to copy or scrape them at scale, to interfere with their operation, or to use them for any unlawful purpose.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site and the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or discontinue products and features. Material you have already purchased stays available to you for download for as long as we can reasonably provide it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a product, to this site or to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Refunds
All sales are final. Because every product is delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
